Delivery Driver / Server, Nibblers Catering

About the Role

We are seeking a Delivery Driver/Server who will play a vital role in delivering exceptional catering experiences by ensuring every order arrives on time, is beautifully presented, and exceeds client expectations. As a Delivery Driver/Server, no two days are the same. You'll begin each shift by loading your vehicle with everything needed for a variety of catering events, from simple drop-off deliveries to upscale full-service events. You'll safely transport food and equipment throughout the Valley while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and professionalism. Beyond delivery, you'll serve as a representative of the Nibblers brand by greeting clients, setting up food displays, assisting with service when needed, and ensuring every event is executed with care. This hands-on role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver catering orders while maintaining food quality and presentation.
• Set up catering displays, buffets, and serving stations according to event specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by professionally interacting with clients, guests, and event contacts.
• Ensure all catering equipment, supplies, and food items are accurately packed before departure and returned after events.
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and follow all company safety standards.
• Work independently or alongside team members to execute multiple catering deliveries and events each day.
• Assist with food service, event supervision, and breakdown as needed.
• Protect food safety standards by following proper handling, transportation, and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with culinary, operations, and event teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Represent M Culinary Concepts and Nibblers with professionalism, hospitality, and a positive attitude at every event.

What We Need From You

• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and confidence operating larger delivery vehicles.
• Valid Food Handler Card, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
