Delivery Driver (Professional In-home) / Warehouse Associate

You're a Delivery Driver who does more than just "make deliveries"—you create moments that surprise and delight customers. As part of Room & Board, you’ll act as a brand ambassador, delivering high-quality, American-made home furniture and accessories while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role blends local deliveries with warehouse work, offering variety and a balance of indoor and outdoor responsibilities.

About the role

You’ll join a cross-functional team responsible for product inspection, assembly, staging, and local delivery of our furniture and accessories. Working with a delivery partner (two-person team), you’ll alternate between making deliveries (2 weeks/month) and preparing products in our delivery center (2 weeks/month). On the road, you’ll switch between driving and assisting, while in the warehouse, you’ll handle product staging, basic assembly, and quality inspections to uphold our standards.

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday, 6:30am-3:00pm, with occasional paid overtime.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age (Interstate DOT requirement) with a valid driver’s license
• Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided)
• Able to lift/carry heavy items with team assistance or proper equipment
• Proficiency in spoken and written English for effective communication
• Ability to pass pre-employment requirements, including a 5-panel drug screen (no THC)
• Proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire

Pay

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 / year ($26.44 - $28.85 / hour). Salary is guaranteed with occasional paid overtime and is based on experience/qualifications.
