Delivery Driver, Pharmacy Services

About the role

Responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals or oncology pharmaceuticals to medical care providers in accordance with customer demand and requirements of the assigned route. Prepares doses for shipment, prepares cases, wipes doses, and loads and unloads containers in keeping with prescribed safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
• Shift typically 2:00 am – 10:00 am; candidate must be flexible to start as early as 12:30 am based on business demand
• Some holidays are regularly scheduled work days
• Must be flexible to work different days, schedules, come in early or stay late, and work overtime based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Prepares and makes deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non‑CDL)
• Packages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containers
• Uses a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information, and navigation
• Processes packages returned from customer locations
• Maintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairs
• Performs general facility cleaning and other duties as required
• May assist and learn quality control and dispatching duties

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age (due to driving company‑owned vehicle)
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hours
• Ability to manage weight up to 75 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, be mobile, and operate a vehicle for extended periods
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, alternate days/shifts, or be in a rotation
• Willingness to learn quality control and dispatching duties
• Comfortable working in a nuclear environment
• Ability to use computers and tablets
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Prior delivery driving experience a plus
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Basic proficiency in English (read and write) required to process documents
• May require vendor credentialing

Pay

• $17.00 per hour
• $1,000 new‑hire sign‑on bonus
• Bonus eligible: No
