Delivery Driver - Pharmacy

About the role

The Delivery Driver- Pharmacy will complete rounds to various locations ensuring that products are delivered appropriately while collecting necessary documentation. This position reports directly to the Supervising Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Makes deliveries to appropriate locations in an appropriate amount of time
• Loads and unloads products at various locations
• Provides and collects necessary documentation for delivery and/or pick up of goods and products
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance and services, as requested
• Other duties as requested

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• A valid NYS driver’s license
• Experience as a delivery driver (experience delivering pharmaceuticals preferred)

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and time management skills
• The ability to travel between offices/clinic locations and/or other destinations as necessary
• Awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential
