Delivery Driver (Part Time)

This is an excellent full-time Delivery Driver opportunity with our NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) division. If you enjoy being out on the open road and serving customers directly, this role is for you.

We manage parts so businesses don’t have to. The NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) program partners with companies needing on-site assistance to run highly efficient parts departments—essentially, "a store inside a store/company." We collaborate with ground support maintenance stations for major airlines, government vehicle maintenance stations, utility companies, construction companies, car dealerships, and more. NAPA provides parts management, supply chain expertise, and exceptional customer care to enhance our customers' efficiencies and bottom line.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers while building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Pick up parts from multiple vendors and ensure accurate stocking of inventory.
• Prioritize safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions.
• Maintain the delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure).
• Handle cash transactions, core/part returns, and maintain delivery logs or tracking systems.
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, including merchandise, vehicles, and facilities.

Requirements

• Agility to bend, reach high shelves (up to eight feet with a stool or ladder), stand, and walk for entire shifts, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Clear communication skills and attentive listening.
• Ability to navigate metropolitan areas using maps and directions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Pay

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $17.50. For other positions, the starting rate is determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
