About the role
The role is within the NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) division, offering full-time opportunities to serve customers from the open road.
Responsibilities
- Delivering parts to customers with a focus on developing strong relationships
- Picking up parts from multiple vendors and ensuring accurate stockroom stocking
- Maintaining and checking inventory levels
- Safely driving and delivering parts while prioritizing safety
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
- Maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery trucks through adherence to safety checklists and performing basic maintenance
Requirements
- Able to bend to reach shelves and lift up to 60 lbs
- Able to handle cash transactions and returns correctly
- Able to inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, vehicles, and buildings
- Clear speaking and listening skills
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Agility to reach high shelves and lift heavy items
- Stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility with work schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
