Delivery Driver (Part Time)

This is an excellent full-time Delivery Driver opportunity with our NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) division. If you enjoy being out on the open road and serving customers directly, this role is for you.

We manage parts so businesses don’t have to. The NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) program partners with companies that need on-site assistance running a highly efficient parts department—essentially, "a store inside a store/company." We collaborate with ground support maintenance stations for major airlines, government vehicle maintenance stations, utility companies, construction companies, car dealerships, and more. NAPA provides parts management, supply chain expertise, and customer care to enhance our partners' efficiencies and bottom line.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers while building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Pick up parts from multiple vendors and ensure accurate stocking of inventory.
• Prioritize safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions.
• Maintain the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure).
• Handle cash transactions, core/part returns, and maintain delivery logs or tracking systems.
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, including vehicles, merchandise, and facilities.

Requirements

• Ability to bend, reach high shelves (up to eight feet with a stool or ladder), stand, and walk for an entire shift.
• Strength to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
• Clear communication skills and attentive listening.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to navigate the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $13.75. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
