Delivery Driver (non-CDL)

About the role

As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you’ll help build America’s skyline by delivering products to customer jobsites while adhering to safety and DOT regulations. You may also assist warehouse staff with order preparation and other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations, maintains vehicle safety, and ensures accurate manifests and paperwork.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possesses or can obtain a DOT medical card.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements for the class of vehicle operated and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Minimum of two years of verifiable commercial driving experience, preferably in delivery or distribution.
• Strong commitment to safety, including familiarity with DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including order pulling, shipping/receiving, and delivery documentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Pay

For Washington job seekers, the pay range is $20.00–$26.50 hourly. This range is based on market data and internal pay practices, with individual base pay determined by experience, skills, and other factors.
