Delivery Driver (non-CDL)
About the role
A Non-CDL Delivery Driver at White Cap coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites, follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance, and operates with a strong sense of safety. You will ensure that manifests and all paperwork are accurate and may assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment. This role generally requires 2-5 years of experience and the ability to possess or obtain a DOT medical card. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites
- Follow DOT regulations and maintain vehicle safety standards
- Ensure accuracy of manifests and all delivery paperwork
- Assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to possess or obtain a DOT medical card
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid license endorsement(s) for the class of vehicle being operated
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents
- Spanish language proficiency
