About the role

White Cap is North America’s leading distributor for professional contractors, supplying everything needed to build remarkable construction projects—including stadiums, roads, bridges, highways, and residential housing. As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you’ll coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites while adhering to DOT regulations, maintaining vehicle safety, and ensuring accurate paperwork.

You may also assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment. This role typically requires 2-5 years of experience and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites
Follow DOT regulations and maintain vehicle safety through strict adherence to maintenance schedules and regular inspections
Ensure manifests and all paperwork are accurate
Assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment (as needed)
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Possess or can obtain a DOT medical card
Generally has 2-5 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

Valid license endorsement(s) for the class of vehicle being operated
Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents
Spanish language proficiency
