During COVID‑19 Sifted added virtual team‑building experiences, and today it offers both in‑office catering and a portfolio of engaging virtual experiences for distributed teams. The company operates on seven core truths that guide its employee‑engagement programs, and its kitchens are zero‑food‑waste: all scraps are composted and leftovers are donated. Since launching its donation program, Sifted has donated over $3 M in lunches to people experiencing food insecurity in six cities.

Schedule

Monday – Friday // 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure every staff member is delighted.
• Meet with the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch, and deliver it to the client’s office.
• Create an inspired, pop‑up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity.
• Tell the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper.
• Collect feedback—including specific metrics—and report back to the Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van.
• Ability to maintain a ServSafe Food Handler card (company‑paid).
• Some food‑service experience is helpful but not required.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on positive customer impact.
• Enjoy fast‑paced events and interacting with guests.
• Enthusiastic about building and representing the Sifted brand.
• Open to feedback and eager to improve personally and professionally.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and bend, squat, and reach.

$26 per hour
