Delivery Driver/Maintenance Tech ~ Environmental Services

About the Role

BSG Maintenance, a leader in contracted housekeeping, laundry, and dietary services for medical and long-term health care facilities, is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver/Maintenance Tech to join our team in West Bend. This part-time, AM shift position involves deliveries, maintenance, and ensuring exceptional cleanliness and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries: Transport linens and supplies between facilities.
• Cleaning: Keep vehicles, equipment, and workspace clean.
• Maintenance:
  • Repair housekeeping, laundry, and other equipment/machines/vehicles as directed.
  • Perform periodic maintenance on laundry and housekeeping equipment; order parts as necessary.
  • Maintain company vehicles/trucks at the corporate office.
  • Perform facility maintenance and warehouse cleaning at the BSG Corporate Office.
  • Lawn mowing, landscaping, and snow removal at various locations.
  • Replace furnace filters, maintain building security system, and replenish salt in water softener.
  • Replace burnt lights, schedule annual septic tank pumping, and make minor plumbing repairs.
  • Maintain OSHA logs in trucks and schedule annual vehicle inspections.
• Reporting: Report maintenance/repair issues, building deficiencies, and water leaks to the appropriate supervisor or CEO.
• Resident/Client Interaction: Respond to requests and inquiries politely and professionally.
• Compliance: Adhere to safety, sanitation, Residents' Rights, and Community Policies and Procedures.
• Miscellaneous: Perform supply and linen deliveries, and other tasks as directed by the CEO or Operations Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina: lift 80 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Pass a caregiver background check and 10-panel drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a custodian or similar role.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (no CDL required).
