Delivery Driver (Local Routes)

Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and related materials to customers, installers, and job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials while preventing damage.
• Verify orders and delivery paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.
• Assist with staging, loading, and organizing materials in the warehouse as needed.
• Communicate delivery updates and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Support inventory accuracy by reporting damaged or missing materials.
• Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery driving, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Experience driving box trucks, delivery vehicles, or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials with assistance and proper equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills preferred.
• Construction, flooring, cabinetry, or building material experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to drive a vehicle.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move building materials throughout the workday.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and loading/unloading products.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
