  • Serve as the first operational contact for missed pickups, site access issues, incorrect material, damaged product, documentation gaps, vehicle breakdowns, and schedule conflicts; contain issues, protect material, notify stakeholders, and support resolution.
  • Partner with Warehouse Operations, Shipping and Receiving, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Security, and external location contacts to support efficient material flow and accurate handoffs.
  • Track recurring delays, route inefficiencies, documentation errors, and material-handling risks; recommend practical improvements and provide hands-on coverage during absences, peak demand, or urgent business needs.
