About the role

You’ll be responsible for loading, delivering, and performing setup of Xerox /Lexmark and 3rd party equipment at customer locations. While giving basic training and support to customers ensuring equipment is operational and customer-ready, while providing a helpful and friendly experience, with multiple opportunity for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided box truck safely and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Make deliveries onboard Naval Bases and ship.
• Bring a good Attitude and a positive work ethic each day.
• Deliver /Unbox and set up copiers, printers, and other office technology equipment at client locations
• Provide basic customer onboarding and training on new devices
• Connect equipment to network using cables and fax lines as needed
• Maintain delivery documentation and complete daily logs accurately and assuring to turn in/scan your delivery documents each day.
• Assist in Daily warehouse operations and needs when necessary.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• 1+ year experience operating a 16’–26’ box truck (preferred)
• Ability to lift 75 -100 lbs. and move equipment on inclines and uneven surfaces
• May be subject to annual DOT physical and drug screening if operating vehicles over 10,000 lbs.

Skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and technical connections
• Use smartphones, GPS, and Microsoft applications to complete your daily orders.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills.
