Delivery Driver - Full Time

About the Role

Serving as a Delivery Driver, this role involves safely transporting products from the warehouse to customers, ensuring timely delivery and proper unloading according to customer specifications and company standards. Building good customer relationships through courteous communication and providing excellent service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport products from the warehouse to customers
• Ensure timely delivery and proper unloading according to customer specifications and company standards
• Handle damaged goods and complete accurate paperwork
• Maintain food safety protocols and operate equipment safely
• Adhere to safety regulations and follow work methods
• Report issues promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hazmat guidelines, safe lifting, and delivery practices
• Tractor trailer driving experience preferred

Skills

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to operate tractor-trailers and handle hazardous materials
• Basic math proficiency

Physical & Work Environment

• Requires lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 350 pounds
• Frequent climbing in and out of vehicles
• Occasional exposure to weather extremes, fumes, mechanical parts, and confined spaces
• Work may involve overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and variable start times
