About the role
The Delivery Driver (with CDL) is responsible for the safe, timely delivery and service of all products sold within assigned routes. The role requires the ability to operate a commercial motor vehicle and execute delivery routes efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections, verify load security, inventory, and equipment
- Follow established route sequences, deliver and rotate all product, pick up empties, damaged, and OOC product as required
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and transactions, including invoice review, payment processing, refusal and undelivered stop procedures, and verify order completeness and charges
- Communicate delivery-related issues to the Delivery Supervisor in a timely manner
- Complete end-of-day procedures, including reconciliation of accounts receivable, inventory, and proper handling of out-of-date product
- Maintain load integrity throughout the workday by leveling product and minimizing breakage
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in material delivery or distribution
- Possess and maintain a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) in accordance with DOT regulations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read, understand, and accurately process merchandise pricing and invoicing
- Proficiency in using a smartphone, delivery software, and applicable computer systems
- Working knowledge of company objectives, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Physical demands include considerable time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds
- Regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
- Exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
- Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak-season schedules may be required

Pay
Competitive compensation package with a daily pay range of $173-$211 plus commissions. Final offer will be determined based on the candidate's education, skills, and experience.
Schedule
Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak-season schedules may be required.
