Delivery Driver/Courier
General Duties
- Deliver high-quality products to customers/patients in a safe, courteous, timely manner as directed by the Pharmacy Team.
- Assist in the packing of orders and preparations for delivery and/or shipments on an as needed basis.
- Cooky with team to handle the delivery of orders and packages in a timely fashion.
- Care and cleanliness of the company vehicles.
- Scheduling of maintenance for the company vehicles.
- Maintain and clean warehouse as directed on an as needed basis.
- Confirm delivery based on company protocols.
- Aid in recording and maintaining delivery logs and signatures.
- Assist in the warehouse with unloading boxes, packing when not on a route as needed.
Minimum Education, Certification And Experience/Skill Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to correctly and safely operate a large vehicle (i.e.: box truck, cargo van etc.).
- Clean background check and drug screen.
- Excellent Communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Physical Demands Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
