Delivery Driver - CDL B

What You'll Do:

• Deliver flowers and plants safely, on time, and with strong customer-driven service.
• Follow written standard work and meet cycle times for each task.
• Deliver product on time and in the same condition it left LBR.
• Follow delivery instructions and place product where requested.
• Return any product that is refused or needs to come back.
• Maintain an accurate driver manifest and correct errors before they impact customers.
• Operate E-logs to meet DOT requirements.
• Use routing software on a handheld device.
• Complete DOT daily vehicle inspections on a handheld device.
• Recommend process improvements related to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain awareness of safety hazards.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• No air brake or automatic restrictions.
• 1+ year of professional driving experience.
• Trucking Driver Type: Company driver.
• Trucking Route: Local delivery through Fargo.

Qualifications:

• Truck must have a valid CDL.

Pay:

$27–$33/hour (depending on experience and license).

Schedule:

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Start Time: 4:00 AM (8–9 hour shifts)
