Delivery Driver - CDL

About the role

White Cap is North America’s leading distributor for professional contractors, supplying everything needed to build remarkable construction projects—including stadiums, roads, bridges, highways, and residential housing. As a CDL A or B Driver, you’ll coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites, ensuring accuracy in manifests and paperwork while adhering to DOT regulations and safety standards.

You may operate a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments and assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders. This role offers stability, growth, and the opportunity to contribute to building America’s infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer jobsites safely and efficiently.
• Operate truck-mounted forklifts (Moffett/Piggyback) to unload shipments at jobsites.
• Follow DOT regulations, conduct vehicle maintenance, and prioritize safety.
• Ensure accuracy of manifests, bills of lading, and other delivery documentation.
• Assist warehouse staff with order preparation, loading, unloading, and inventory movement.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience.
• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with applicable endorsements.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction, industrial, or building materials to customer locations.
• Experience operating truck-mounted forklifts (Moffett/Piggyback), forklifts, or material handling equipment.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, cargo securement, and safe driving practices.
• Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills.
• Ability to handle delivery documentation (manifests, bills of lading) accurately.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is a plus.
