About the role
A CDL A Driver at White Cap coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites. You may use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments and ensure all manifests and paperwork are accurate. You’ll follow DOT regulations, maintain vehicle safety, and may assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customer jobsites safely and efficiently.
- Operate truck-mounted forklifts (Moffett/Piggyback) to unload shipments.
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain a strong commitment to safety.
- Ensure accuracy of manifests, bills of lading, and other delivery documentation.
- Assist warehouse staff with order preparation, loading, unloading, and inventory movement as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with applicable endorsements.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering construction, industrial, or building materials to customer locations.
- Experience operating truck-mounted forklifts (Moffett/Piggyback), forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, cargo securement, and safe driving practices.
- Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills.
- Experience handling delivery documentation (e.g., manifests, bills of lading) with accuracy.
- Ability to support warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and order preparation.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is a plus.

Schedule
- Attractive shifts: Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends.
Pay
For Colorado job seekers, the pay range is $21.30–$29.90 per hour. Individual base pay is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors.
