Delivery Driver - Award Winning DSP - $25.75-$27hr

About the role

As a Delivery Driver at Pinnacle Delivery Service LLC you will ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community, starting and ending each day at the Amazon Warehouse (DWA6) in Kent, WA. The role follows four simple rules: show up on time and be ready to work; provide a quality delivery experience; drive safely and incident‑free; and go home safe and sound.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time each day and be prepared to begin deliveries at 10:15 am.
• Complete 20–25 stops per hour, delivering packages accurately.
• Lift packages up to 50 lb and work efficiently in all weather conditions.
• Maintain safe, incident‑free driving practices on the road and during deliveries.
• Adhere to company safety standards and policies.
• Participate in paid training and use provided tools (delivery vehicle, phone, uniform).

Qualifications

• Positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful drug test (THC/marijuana is acceptable).
• 100 % reliability – report to work on time every day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work at a fast pace.

Pay

Base pay starts at $25.75 per hour. Overtime is paid at time‑and‑a‑half after 40 hours, and bi‑weekly performance incentives are available.

Schedule

• Start time: 10:15 am sharp.
• Typical end time: around 8:00 pm (or earlier).
• Typical work patterns: Sun‑Wed, Wed‑Sat, and Fri‑Mon (flexible rotating schedule).
