This is a part-time, on-site position based in Westford, MA.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport floral arrangements to homes, businesses, and event locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Load and unload orders, verify delivery details, and maintain order documentation.
• Provide courteous customer interaction at each stop.
• Assist in the shop as needed, such as helping organize outgoing orders, supporting basic shop operations, and keeping the vehicle and work areas clean and orderly.
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations and represent Westford Florist in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with recipients and shop customers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with local roads in and around Westford, MA.
• Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements and related items, and to work on feet for extended periods.
• Reliable punctuality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
