Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off automotive parts while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Ensure orders are properly fulfilled, satisfy customers, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Review orders before and after delivery to confirm completeness, accuracy of charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow directions from dispatcher, adhere to assigned routes, use route navigation apps, and maintain a safe driving record.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and professionally handle complaints and concerns from customers.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Absorb and unload items from vehicles without disrupting operations at customer's place of business.
• Accept payments, prepare reports, reconcile debt and credit, and collect moneys related to deliveries.
• Complete daily maintenance checks on company delivery vehicle and report any issues to manager.
• Assist with any store/warehouse duties (stock, parts pulling) as assigned.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to meet company insurance requirements (must be 21 years old or over).
• Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, prolonged sitting (Auto Body Parts Collision Drivers must be able to lift 75 lbs).
