Delivery Driver

About the role

Aaron’s is seeking Delivery Drivers who are integral to ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast‑paced, store‑based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating product use. Drivers spend time both inside and outside the store, support day‑to‑day operations, and connect with customers in the community.

Pay

$13.75 to $14.50 per hour.

Schedule

Hours vary from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with Sundays off plus one additional day off during the week. Work may be required in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 21 years of age in the United States (18 in Canada).
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to be DOT certified if required (U.S. locations only).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb independently and up to 300 lb with equipment or assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Preferred:

• Experience moving household furnishings and appliances.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
