Delivery Driver

The Aaron's Company, Inc. · Cranberry, PA · 1 mo ago
Manufacturing$14–$15.5/hrPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "We are Aaron’s - an industry leader...". This is about company, maybe "About Aaron’s". Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be description of role. The posting includes description: "Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part...". Also "What We Offer". Also "Skills For Success". Also "Essential Duties And Responsibilities". Also "Required Qualifications". Also "Preferred Qualifications". Also "Benefits" list. Also "Pay range". Also schedule info: "Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m." Also "Sundays off, plus one additional day off during the week. All locations are open six (6) days per week." That's schedule. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must decide which sections have content. - About the role: Could include description of role: "Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products. You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community." Also maybe the intro about Aaron's? But "About Aaron’s" is separate. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can put role description under About the role. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities list. - Requirements: Could be Required Qualifications? Or maybe Requirements includes both required and preferred? Usually Requirements = Required Qualifications. We'll put Required Qualifications under Requirements. - Qualifications: Could be Preferred Qualifications? Or maybe Qualifications includes both required and preferred? The instruction separate Requirements and Qualifications. Likely Requirements = required, Qualifications = preferred or additional qualifications. We'll put Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. - Skills: Skills For Success list. - Benefits: The benefits list under "What We Offer". Also includes On-Demand Pay, career advancement, PTO, Sundays off, medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, 401k, EAP, Employee Purchase Program. - Pay: Pay range $14.00 to $15.50 per hour. Also note about pay may vary etc. We should include the pay range and maybe note that it's not guaranteed. But we must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The note about pay may vary is not filler; it's specific. We can include it. - Schedule: Includes ability to work schedule 8am-9pm, Sundays off plus one additional day off, locations open six days per week. Also maybe ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions? That's not schedule. We'll include schedule details. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation contact, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

Pay

The pay range for this role is $14.00 to $15.50 per hour. Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission or any other form of compensation that is allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company’s sole discretion unless and until paid, and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.

Schedule

  • Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Sundays off, plus one additional day off during the week.
  • All locations are open six (6) days per week.
We need to ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". The pay section includes detailed note; that's okay. Check for duplication: The "What We Offer" includes On-Demand Pay etc. We'll list each as
  • . Also note "Benefits vary based on full-time and part-time employment status." That's substantive; include as a
  • maybe. Also "Employee Purchase Program" is a benefit. Also "Excellent Career Advancement Opportunities" is a benefit. Also "Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays." Also "Sundays off, plus one additional day off during the week. All locations are open six (6) days per week." That's also schedule but also benefit? We'll keep schedule separate; but we already have schedule section; we might not duplicate. However the benefit list includes that; but we can still include it under Benefits as it's a benefit. But to avoid duplication, we could keep it only under Schedule. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we omit it from Benefits, we lose that info. But we have it under Schedule; still preserved. It's okay to have it in both places? Might be duplication but not prohibited. However better to keep it only under Schedule to avoid duplication. But the benefit list also includes "Sundays off, plus one additional day off during the week. All locations are open six (6) days per week." That's a benefit as well. If we move it to Schedule only, we still preserve the info. It's not duplicated. So we can omit from Benefits. Similarly, "Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m." is schedule only. Now list benefits: - On-Demand Pay through Dayforce Wallet – request pay you’ve earned between paydays. - Excellent Career Advancement Opportunities - Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance. - Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Accounts (United States Only) - 401(k) plan with contribution matching (United States Only) - Employee Assistance Program – free access to mental health resources, life coaching, and more for you and your covered family members. - Employee Purchase Program - Benefits vary based on full-time and part-time employment status. Also maybe "We’ve found this to be one of the most popular programs with our associates!" is part of On-Demand Pay bullet; we can keep as part of that bullet. Now Responsibilities list: - Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle. - Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise. - Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store. - Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets. Also maybe "You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community." That's more description; could be part of About the role. We'll keep that there. Now Requirements (Required Qualifications): - Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada. - Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record. - Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only). - Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (but that's schedule; maybe we shouldn't duplicate; but it's also a requirement. Could keep under Requirements as well. However we already have schedule section; but it's also a requirement. To preserve all info, we could include it under Requirements as well. But duplication may be okay. However instruction: do not repeat job title as heading; not about duplication of content. It's okay to have same info in multiple sections? Might be considered duplication but not prohibited. Safer to keep it only under Schedule, but then we lose it from Requirements. However the requirement is substantive; we should keep it somewhere. Since we have Schedule section, we can keep it there and not duplicate. But the requirement list may be missing that piece; but it's still present elsewhere. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; does not require each piece to be in a specific section, just that we don't lose it. So it's fine. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate. - Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat. Now Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience moving household furnishings and appliances. - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to maintain a professional appearance. Now Skills: - Solid communication skills. - Working knowledge of electronics. - Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets. - The desire to make a positive difference for customers. Now About the role paragraph: combine intro about Aaron's? Actually "About Aaron’s" is separate but we could include under About the role? The heading "About the role" expects role description. We'll include the description of role and maybe also a brief about Aaron's? The instruction: Use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can put role description there. The company description could be omitted? It's substantive but not about role. However we could include a short paragraph about Aaron's under About the role as context. But maybe better to have a separate "About Aaron’s" section? Not in allowed headings. So we could incorporate it into About the role as a brief intro. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not limited to those? It says use those for section headings. Likely we should only use those headings. So we cannot add a heading like "About Aaron’s". So we must fit that info under one of the allowed headings. Probably "About the role" can include both role and company overview. We'll include a brief about Aaron's: "We are Aaron’s - an industry leader in the sales and lease-to-own retail industry, known for quality brand names and superior customer service. We provide our team members with the opportunity to reach their full potential in a team-oriented, high-energy, recognition-based environment with competitive pay and benefits. This is much more than a job – it is a career with purpose." Then continue with role description. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO, accommodation contact,
