About the role
As a Delivery Driver at Aaron’s, you’ll be actively involved in moving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise—both in-store and in customers’ homes. This hands-on role includes driving, customer interaction, and supporting store operations. Every day brings new tasks and the chance to connect with people in your community.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and protect merchandise for delivery
- Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise at customer locations
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle
- Assist with in-store tasks as needed
Requirements
- Solid communication skills
- Working knowledge of electronics
- Desire to help customers
- Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and tools provided)
- Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and extreme heat
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- No overnight travel required
Pay
The salary range for this role is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour.
