Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a box truck or other company vehicle to delivery merchandise to customers' homes
• Inspect merchandise for damage and defects prior to loading and delivery
• Load and unload heavy and bulky items safely and efficiently
• Assist with the installation of furniture, appliances, and other merchandise as needed
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive delivery experience
• Cookordinate with the delivery office and customers to resolve any issues during delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned to support delivery operations

Skills And Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100lbs
• Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license and good driving history
• Drivers are required to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 90 days of employment
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Helpful but not required: Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, or a similar physical role, Familiarity with basic tools and equipment for assembling or handling products, A strong track record of providing excellent customer service
