Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a box truck or other company vehicle to deliver merchandise to customers' homes.
• Inspect merchandise for damage and defects prior to loading and delivery.
• Load and unload heavy and bulky items safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the installation of furniture, appliances, and other merchandise as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Cook with the delivery office and customers to resolve any issues during delivery.

Skills And Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and good driving history.
• Must obtain a DOT Medical Card within 90 days of employment.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Helpful but not required: Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, or a similar physically demanding role. Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used for assembling or handling products.
• Strong customer service experience and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Pay

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour during the first 3 weeks of training. Post-Training Earnings: $80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Regular Schedule: Monday-Saturday, with one weekday off and Sundays always off. Start time: 5:30 AM.
