Delivery Driver

About the role
As a Delivery Driver at PTSolutions, reliability and customer satisfaction are key. The role involves picking up and delivering items along assigned routes with a focus on safety and timeliness. You will ensure items are correctly packed and delivered to the right customers. When not on deliveries, you may assist the warehouse team with tasks such as order picking, inventory management, and cycle counts. Our delivery drivers are the primary representatives of our company and must present themselves professionally while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service, going above and beyond for clients
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Load, transport, and deliver high-quality products safely and on time
- Assist with loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles
- Inspect delivery vehicles to ensure safety and security during loading/unloading
- Review orders before and after delivery to confirm completeness and accuracy
- Adhere to assigned routes and follow schedules
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries
- Assist with warehouse duties, including picking orders and cycle counts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old to drive a company vehicle
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must reside in or near La Palma, CA (this position is based at our La Palma facility)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
