Delivery Driver
Key Responsibilities
- Covers weekly maintenance checks using the vehicle maintenance form.
- Maintains assigned vehicles' cleanliness according to company policy.
- Accurately picks and packages orders to fulfill customer requests.
- Plans routes efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Safely and accurately delivers all orders to customers.
- Acts as an extension of the organization and promotes goods and services.
- Builds customer relations and collects, secures, and documents payments for all orders.
- Assists with stocking, pulling, and other business errands as needed.
- Assists in answering phones when needed.

- Demonstrated strong business skills, including prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Customer-focused, anticipating and meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Team-oriented, cooperating with others to achieve objectives.
- Self-starting, willing to take initiative and begin working.
Qualifications and Other Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate motor vehicles.
- Maintain a safe driving record.
Working Hours
Positions may vary in hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and long hours. Drivers may also be required to be on-call for deliveries or specific assignments.
Physical Requirements
- Mobility: Ability to move easily in and out of the truck, bend, lift, and climb in/out of the cargo area.
- Vision: Good eyesight and visual acuity for operating the vehicle, reading signs, and navigating the road.
- Hearing: Good hearing to be alert to sounds such as sirens, horns, or other warning signals on the road.
- Manual Dexterity: Good manual dexterity to operate vehicle controls.
- Lifting: Occasional lifting and carrying of moderate-weight objects.
