Responsibilities

• Exhibit a “Guest comes first” attitude and deliver guest service that meets or exceeds their expectations.
• Possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and coworkers.
• Deliver catering orders for our restaurants during peak lunch hours, typically between 10:30am and 1:30pm.
• Assist with other crew member responsibilities including packaging of orders, reviewing tickets against order contents to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a professional and appropriate appearance to deliver brand experience to guests.
• Efficiently and safely deliver catering orders to guests in a timely manner.
• Attain invoice signatures and ensure the guest has all the items they requested.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (No DUI or major traffic offenses in the last 5 years.)
• Have your own reliable transportation (Motorbikes, and bicycles are not acceptable for this requirement).
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check.
