Delivery Driver

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive & Deliver Safely
• Operate a CDL-required delivery truck in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Load, secure, transport, and unload millwork materials with care and precision
• Navigate active job sites safely while maintaining a professional presence
• Protect Quality
• Inspect millwork prior to loading and verify all items match delivery documentation
• Secure loads using straps, padding, tarps, or banding to prevent damage
• Deliver materials to the correct locations and unload safely and accurately
• Maintain a clean truck and hazard-free work environment
• Support Production
• Aid with packaging to ensure damage-free transport
• Stay on schedule to support production and installation timelines
• Communicate delivery updates or job-site challenges to the production team
• Provide feedback to improve packaging, loading, and delivery processes

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) — required
• Clean driving record and strong history of safe driving
• Ability to lift and move materials (typically 50–75 lbs)
• Ability to read, follow, and organize delivery tickets and schedules
• Comfortable using GPS and basic mobile apps for routing and communication
• Must be able to work outdoors and on active job sites in various conditions
• Must be at least 18 years old (or CDL age requirement for your state)
