Delivery Driver

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the truck
• Responsible for orderly paperwork
• Keeping up with tools and gear on truck
• Reporting all problems to the store and their supervisor as they arise
• Assembling furniture and all aspects of in home delivery
• Maintaining proper appearance and keeping with the dress code
• Making calls to customer prior to delivery
• Proper loading and unloading of the truck
• Making sure of proper tie down methods and that care is taken with pick up or returned items
• Protecting the customer's property at all times

Qualifications

• NO CDL Required
• This is for a 26' box truck
• Applicants should be clean cut and able to communicate courteously & professionally with customers
• This individual must be physically fit and capable of carrying and moving furniture into homes, up staircases, etc.
• Drivers and assistants are both needed
