Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient prescription(s) to our wonderful customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with customers.
• Inspect delivery vehicle(s) and ensure the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery details.
• Maintain delivery logs and records.
• Keep Company vehicle fueled, cleaned and well maintained (if applicable).
• Help pharmacy staff with cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.
• Greet customers, answer calls, and field patient questions with a positive attitude.
• Collect payment and insurance information.
• Keep front end shelves organized and clean, along with the rest of the pharmacy.
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Move, lift, carry and place merchandise and supplies weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Frequent repetitive motion with hand(s) and arm(s), such as grasping, gripping and turning.
• Stand and/or walk frequently throughout work shift.
• Visually locate merchandise and other objects, as well as verify information, often in small print.

Experience or Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid Driver's license.
• Less than 3 traffic violations within the past 3 years.
• No DWI or DUI within the past 5 years.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proven communication and customer service skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Safe, responsible and reliable, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes.
