Delivery Driver

About the role

Transport materials along assigned routes, operating vehicles safely and professionally. Provide excellent customer service through prompt, courteous deliveries. Secure loads for safe transit and unload materials at each stop, verifying accuracy and condition. Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure maintenance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles with a GVWR of 10,001 lbs. or greater.
• Secure and unload materials at each delivery stop.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Handle general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Minimum of three (3) years of driving history.
• One (1) year of experience operating a commercial motor vehicle with a GVWR of 10,001 lbs. or greater within the last 36 months.
• Proficiency with Android or iOS operating systems.
• Strong skills in reading, writing, performing basic calculations, data entry, reasoning, and analysis.
• The ability to work independently while managing a variety of tasks accurately and with attention to detail in a team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, bending, squatting, climbing, and kneeling.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, and reaching.
• Handling and lifting of objects up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
