Our commitment to exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and employee success has made us a trusted partner across multiple industries.Driving & Delivery DutiesDrive a delivery van or similar company vehicle to transport products safely and efficiently.Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for outgoing deliveries.Load and unload goods using a pallet jack or manual lifting techniques as needed.Complete deliveries and pickups accurately and on schedule.Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding delays, route changes, or delivery issues.Make assigned customer stops and perform pickups and deliveries as directed.Maintain professional interactions with customers at all times.Review orders and deliveries for accuracy by comparing items to customer packing lists.Protect customer materials and documents from damage or loss while in transit.Relay customer requests, concerns, or complaints to management upon return.Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues immediately.Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while complying with all traffic regulations.Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the workday.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently while following established procedures.PreferredPrevious delivery driver experience.Experience operating a delivery van or similar vehicle.Experience operating a forklift (Hi-Lo) and pallet jack.Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience.Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.What We OfferCompetitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance and disability coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysStable and growing companySupportive management teamCareer growth opportunitiesOutstanding company reputation backed by exceptional customer servicePhysical RequirementsFrequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.Ability to work in a warehouse and delivery environment with varying conditions.Ability to safely operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment.Equal Employment OpportunityARC Document Solutions and Riot Creative Imaging are proud Equal Employment Opportunity employers.
