Job requirements and duties

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Must possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery areas.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.

Qualifications

• General job duties for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facilities, and completing associated paperwork.
• Training is provided on the job.
• Essential functions and skills include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing accurately, making correct monetary change, communicating verbally and through written instructions, and performing repetitive tasks.

Work conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Tasks involve talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces, and sensory abilities such as talking, hearing, seeing, and smelling.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking for short distances, sitting, lifting bulk product deliveries, carrying large cans and trays, pushing trays on dollies, climbing stairs or ladders, and working alone or with others.
