Job Requirements and Duties

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Must possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery areas.
• Must be able to navigate through adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.

Qualifications

• General job duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, and cleaning.
• Orientation and training are provided on the job.
• Communication skills are essential, including the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, and make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination, visual acuity, and sensory abilities are required.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying trays, pushing/dragging items, and navigating stairs/climbing ladders.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, exposure to fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, exposure to hot surfaces/tools, exposure to cramped quarters, exposure to sharp edges and moving mechanical parts, exposure to sudden changes in temperature, and exposure to hot and cold work environments.

Sensibilities and Temperaments

• The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions, and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements
