About the Role
This position involves operating all equipment, managing inventory, preparing products, and handling customer orders both in-person and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment required for the role
- Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers
- Prepare products according to established procedures
- Receive and process telephone and internet orders
- Count inventory and complete necessary paperwork
- Clean equipment and maintain facility cleanliness
- Provide excellent customer service, both verbally and in writing
- Safely drive a personal vehicle for deliveries, navigating roads, maps, and varying terrain or stairs at delivery sites while carrying products
- Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately to make correct monetary change (calculator use permitted)
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, and pull items as required
- Climb ladders and stairs
- Stoop, bend, crouch, or squat
- Reach and grasp with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids
- Tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and conditions, both indoors and outdoors
