Delivery Director, D365 Business Central

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Delivery Director for D365 Business Central to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements, directly influencing customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: El Segundo, CA – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle D365 Business Central implementations from planning to post-support
• Collaborate with teams and clients to identify and meet business requirements
• Develop and enhance service delivery processes and document best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor providing clients with tailored consulting services
• Deliver concise project status reports and proactively engage with clients
• Facilitate meetings with clients and teams, explaining complex concepts clearly
• Serve as the main contact for D365-related inquiries, providing technical support

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, IT, or related field; equivalent experience accepted
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Business Central implementations
• 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams and client engagements
• In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central configuration and optimization
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues
• Strategic thinker able to develop and execute market strategies

Pay

$217,500 – $296,300 annually
