Delivery Coordinator

About the role

Delivery Coordinators help customers by confirming delivery dates, times, and contents for upcoming furniture deliveries. They ensure all account information is accurate and confirm customers will be home during the scheduled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm customer deliveries
• Cookorate and communicate with delivery drive teams
• Resolve customer service delivery issues
• Communicate delivery concerns with customer delivery manager
• Liaison between customers and delivery drive teams
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team
• Perform additional functions as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in PC-based applications
• Customer service skills including listening, attention to detail, and professional verbal and written skills
• Prior call center experience and dispatcher experience is preferable, but not necessary
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
