Delivery Coordinator

Core Responsibilities

• Aid customers and guests in setting up new technology like OnStar.
• Maintain knowledge of new products, features, and available accessories.
• Handle Dealer Trade paperwork.
• Program keys for KeyTrack.
• Filing and auditing used 2nd keys.
• Printing warranty stickers and placing them in all used inventory.
• Assisting in any lot work.
• Performing cleaning tasks in the delivery center.
• Lot walks for missing price/stock tags.
• Performing inventory scans on the first day of every month.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to be insured through RMC liability insurance required.
• Must be able to remain in stationary position 80% of the time.
• Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.

About the Role

Getting the vehicle ready for the customer after purchasing it from the Product Specialist. Helping the customer get familiar with all the new features the vehicle may have, setting up the new technology.
