Delivery Coordinator

Ourisman Alexandria Kia — part of one of the area's oldest and most respected dealership groups — is seeking positive, motivated, and technologically savvy individuals to serve as Delivery Coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicle features and ensure customers know how to use them.
• Handle dealer exchanges and lot organization.
• Provide exceptional customer service and transfer enthusiasm about the new vehicle.
• Go over the new vehicle’s technology with customers, pair their phone with the car, and download relevant apps on the customer’s phone.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean and full of gas before delivery.
• Immediately bring any vehicle issues to a manager’s attention.
• Maintain a clean and customer-friendly showroom and lot, including parking vehicles in correct areas and keeping the lot free of trash.
• Deliver new vehicles to customers in a clean, professional environment.

Pay

$18/hr to $20/hr (hourly, commensurate with experience).

Schedule

• 40-hour work week.
• Weekdays and weekends required.
• Part-time and full-time positions available.
