Delivery Consultant- West Coast

About the role

Airtable is a no-code app platform used by over 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100. As a Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with operators and builders to deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Run recurring customer sessions to understand the ground-level realities affecting system design and implementation.
• Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations to translate solution visions into working systems.
• Make decisions that bridge the gap between designed and implemented solutions, addressing user feedback and ensuring the system works in practice.
• QA your work to ensure it functions as intended, not just technically correct.
• Create reusable build patterns to extend the impact of your work beyond individual engagements.
• Achieve proficiency in the Airtable platform within 90 days, demonstrating advanced work across various aspects of the platform.

Requirements

• AI is integral to your approach, used throughout the design, build, test, and documentation phases.
• Experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role, with direct responsibility for the practical success of systems.
• Hands-on technical expertise, including experience with forms, automations, integrations, and data models.
• Effective communication skills, able to engage with C-level executives, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs.
• Ability to identify and address underlying issues rather than just surface-level problems.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to achieve common goals.

Qualifications

• Quickly mastering complex platforms like Airtable within 90 days.

Pay

Compensation varies based on location, relevant skills, and experience. For San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York, the on-target earnings range is $170,000 - $221,500 USD. For other locations, the range is $153,000 - $199,800 USD.
