Delivery Assurance Associate
About the role
We are looking for a Delivery Assurance Associate to focus on optimizing supply chain reliability and production continuity. Proven ability to execute process improvements, manage complex shipment logistics, and coordinate with sub-process suppliers to ensure 100% on-time delivery. Expert in performing root-cause analysis to mitigate delays and aligning cross-departmental operations with stringent customer requirements.
Job Description
- Works to achieve delivery assurance objectives.
- Executes process improvements and works with delivery assurance systems.
- Communicates with other departments with regard to meeting customer requirements.
- Maintains timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned components.
- Working closely with all areas of the company—including finance, engineering, quality, production, suppliers, and more—to identify and implement solutions that will help ensure the continuity of our production.
- Cook shipments and other sub-process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on-time delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years experience in supply chain/ material management/ procurement
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Communication: Strong skills for reporting to upper management
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Systems: Experience with SAP and PowerBI
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
