Delivery Associate (Job Fair)

About the role

Dynamic Transportation and Logistics (DYPL) is a delivery company operating out of its warehouse at 9155 Derrington Road, Houston, TX 77064. As a Delivery Associate you will deliver packages safely and on time while providing excellent customer service, using Rivian electric delivery vehicles, Ford Transit pickups, and Ford step vans.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vans accurately and safely.
• Deliver 200–250 packages per day on average.
• Enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the shift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Operate large cargo vans (no CDL required).
• Provide customer‑oriented service and maintain excellent communication.
• Manage time effectively to ensure safe deliveries.
• Be flexible to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as scheduled.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Criminal background check.
• Verification of motor vehicle registrations.
• Five‑panel drug test.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds.
• No CDL required.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Pay

$21.75 per hour.

Schedule

• Full‑time: 4 days per week, 10‑hour shifts.
• Part‑time: 3 days per week, 10‑hour shifts.
• Flexible and fixed schedules; operation 7 days a week.
• Day shift availability required.
