About the role

Location: Fairfield, NJ. Shift: Monday‑Friday, 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM ET. This is a full‑time, hourly position based out of our New Jersey warehouse, making deliveries throughout the New York City Area.

Responsibilities

• Complete 5‑8 delivery stops per day, safely loading/unloading the delivery truck and delivering product directly into client locations.
• Safely maneuver a box truck on assigned routes, delivering food, beverages, and smiles to clients (valid driver’s license required).
• Engage with clients and Crafty team members onsite, providing high‑quality customer service.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines (e.g., coffee machines, kegerators) and conduct quality‑control checks as needed.
• Communicate and escalate location needs or safety concerns to the Crafty team; accurately complete pre‑ and post‑route paperwork.
• Support role goals: maintain a 98%+ safety score from fleet telematics, achieve ≥98% on‑time‑in‑full deliveries, and minimize client‑feedback instances regarding delivery execution.
