About the role
Delivery Assistants are responsible for delivering furniture to customers' homes. The position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to lift heavy items, and a valid Florida driver's license.Responsibilities
- Deliver furniture to customers' homes
- Load and unload product onto a truck using proper material handling skills
- Partners with a Delivery Driver to load, assemble, and deliver furniture
- Ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Adequate driving record
- Passes pre-employment criminal background and drug test
- Ability to lift 150 pounds with assistance
- Previous experience in driving a box truck is a plus
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
- Based out of the Corporate Distribution Center in Pinellas Park, Florida
