Hours
Your day starts at 7:30am and ends whenever the route is completed.
Pay
$20.00 per hour plus tips.
Location
You will meet and end your day at the Sturtevant, WI warehouse.
Delivery Duties Include
- Loading the delivery truck and verifying the correct product is loaded.
- Delivering the product safely and appropriately to avoid damage and injuries.
- Assembling the product correctly and efficiently to ensure it is in safe working order.
- Maintaining a safe driving record and DOT medical card to drive company vehicles.
- Maintaining cooperative working relationships with all company employees, customers, owners, and vendors.
- Delivering product to and removing product from special events like state fairs, home & garden shows, model homes, etc.
- Understanding and following all safety policies.
- Daily pre-trip inspection of the company vehicle to ensure it is in good condition.
- Filling out all paperwork and database entries completely, accurately, and turning them in at the end of each work day to avoid delays in invoicing.
- Safeguarding and ensuring authorized use of fuel cards and company issued credit cards.
- Completing other projects as assigned.
Maintain Work Practices
- Maintain work environment to 5S standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Punctual: begin and return from lunch and breaks on time.
- Promote a positive team atmosphere with co-workers.
- Follow proper lifting and team lift techniques.
- Wear safety shoes with impact protection.
- Test equipment with customers to ensure it is in working condition.
- Document any damages or missing products.

Education
A high school degree or equivalent is required.
Experience
One to two years of delivery and assembly experience with a strong customer service background is preferred.
Other Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required for local travel.
- The position will undergo pre-employment and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks.
- Must successfully complete DOT certification to drive on behalf of the company.
- Basic computer skills are required.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily works in the field delivering and installing fitness equipment at customer locations.
- Spends time driving company vehicles, working in customers' homes and businesses, and occasionally working in a warehouse environment.
- Frequently lifts and carries items weighing up to 75 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
- Participates in team lifts of equipment weighing up to 400 pounds.
- Frequently bends, twists, kneels, reaches, and stands throughout the workday.
- Uses hand tools such as drills, wrenches, and screwdrivers to assemble and install equipment.
- Sits for extended periods while driving between customer locations.
- Wears required personal protective equipment, including impact-resistant safety shoes.
